Even the Big Cats need our care . . .

MSNBC.com is my default internet website, and every Wednesday, they have a slide show they call "Animal Tracks". I always browse through the wonderful photos, which change weekly, and pick out something especially meaningful (or not) for my background display for my office computer. I usually select a cat-related photo, and this week's "cat" was of the "big cat" variety. Seems as though this sweet baby was found in a cage, abandoned and left to die. How human beings can treat animals this way, I'll never understand. This young lion was rescued and relocated to a compound that provides refuge for big cats of all types, and hopefully, he's doing well.
