A Man's Work is Never Done!

It's not often that I show photos of people - mostly just kittens and cats - but I've made an exception for this special photo. That's Flip, my "baby" brother, with his little girls - Ava(the blonde) and Audrey (the brunette) - at their home on Lake Lanier, raking leaves on Sunday. Flip had been working out of town for several weeks, and when he was at home, it always seemed to rain, so he had to pick his best opportunity for raking the leaves from his yard. It's good "manly" work, too. Ava, Audie, and the two dogs - Josie and Toby - "helped" Flip with this chore, and boy, did they have a great time! And, he was able to string his Christmas lights on the outside of the house, too! Even at his ripe old age of 50 years, Flip still believes that the elves are watching, and it was probably a good idea to get his chores done before Christmas!
