Always Planning Ahead . . . for Halloween!
I have always loved Halloween - the costumes, the treats, the sheer spookiness! Well . . . I found a vendor show dedicated to all things Halloween. It's called Halloween and Vine, and it's happening on Saturday, September 27, in Petaluma, CA. Yes, I know Petaluma is a long, long way from Atlanta, but I'm so hoping it's worth the trip. I've booked my air travel, now for the hotel and rental car, and visited the website - www.halloweenandvine.com - a million times, looking at the artists that have shown their wares at previous shows. I decorate for Halloween just like I decorate for Christmas - sometimes even more! So, as we're approaching 4th of July (and I'm getting ready to plant my pumpkins and fall vegetables), plan ahead and join me at Halloween and Vine!

Yes, Wendy...I, too remember how much FUN Halloween was and still is!! And it got so much better when we grew up and it wasn't all about the candy, anymore!! (I got more than you!! HaHa!!) I still decorate with the Spooky quilts you gave the kids when they were very small. And each time I get them out (and pick the gooey candy wrappers off) I am reminded of just how much you and I are so similar (and twisted) when it comes to our favorite holidays!! Love your Blog!!
